Dr. Philip Kotler defines marketing as “the science and art of exploring, creating, and delivering value to satisfy the needs of a target market at a profit.”
The real gold is found when we can identify the unfulfilled needs and desires of the target market.

If the need has been well fulfilled, move on, no need to run another “me-too” operation. It is the market leaders that make all the money, while all the others fight for the scrap.

The secret of great men is that they stick to areas they are really good at. Don’t settle and provide bland services to customers.

Find a real unmet need in the market and provide it.
